Welcome to the Power in the Know Summit, an annual FREE event dedicated to empowering young adults by exploring diverse post-high school career options and opportunities. Established in 2023, our Summit has already made impactful stops in Dallas, Texas, and Orlando, Florida, reaching many young minds and their families.

Our Mission aims to serve as a compass for young adults aged 14-24, guiding them through the myriad of career possibilities that lie ahead. We strive to provide a platform where attendees can gain valuable insights from industry professionals, participate in hands-on workshops, and connect with local business owners who offer real-world advice and inspiration.
